|Recommended: YesRece Dietz — This is a very nice place to live. The area is always cleaned with very nice and helpful property and maintenance staff. Though it can get noisy at times with the surrounding neighbors and the ones who live above us, that's just something everyone has to live with when living in an apartment complex and it stops becoming a burden after awhile. Also the building is up-to-date with plenty of areas to explore on your free time.

|Recommended: NoGreat Staff Bad Apartments — During the time that I have been living here, I have had no problems with the staff and they were always helpful where it was needed. The only problem that I have living here is the pricing. These apartments are way too over priced for their worth. The rooms are the size of normal college dorm rooms and for people that have their own furniture, like me, it is way too cramped. I have lived in apartments before this paying 200 less a month with 3x the bedroom space.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place for Students…. — It’s nice and clean and the staff are great. The units are nice and have nice amenities. The in unit laundry is a god send. The kitchen looks decently sized however it is small when you have four people living there. The floors are nice but the dark wood picks up everything. The walls are cheaply done. There were cracks in the ceiling and scratches on the floor when we arrived. No one had ever lived in the unit before but there was some damage on the floor and walls. The walls are thin and you can hear people living under and above you. I mean you can hear their entire conversation. It is a great place for undergrad but I wouldn’t recommend for graduate students.
|Recommended: YesGreat place. — The Reserve is a great place to live. Overall it is fairly clean. There is a lot of litter scattered around the outside of the property which is not very appealing. The unit above me has a lot of noise that can be unbearable at times. However the maintenance staff get things done in a timely fashion, there is a lot to offer around the facility, and layout of the apartments is pretty nice.

|Recommended: YesEasy Living — This is a perfect apartment for anyone who doesn't want to get their own place and wants to be around others. The apartment is very updated and makes you feel at home. Everything is furnished so it makes it easy to move in and organize the apartment in general.
