|Recommended: YesI like how new and updated everything is. — I like the location, it's right across from campus, which is a really great perk. The road between the apartments and campus is a little busy though. Everything on the inside is new and up-to-date which is also really great. I do wish the website worked a little better, it's not very intuitive, so I hope that gets updated in the future.

|Recommended: YesAmazingly comfortable apartment with well matched roommates — I have luxury amenities at hand. My room mates are STELLAR The staff are exemplary I would 1000 prefer this as opposed to living in the dorms. And there is plenty of space for me AND my service dog inside and outside of the building The only thing i wish they had was a fenced in space for the dogs to run, since there is so much land space. Other than that, this is an AMAZING space to live

|Recommended: YesIt is so nice and full of convenience in proximity to the university — I would tell them it is fairly new and that the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable Additionally, I wold tell them that it is a fair and reasonable price for rent and insurance payments, especially since it is student - exclusive housing

|Recommended: YesOverall, set up nicely. — I think this place is nice and new. It has plenty of areas to hang out in, the gym seems nice, hang out areas always clean. I do like that we need a key and fab to get in to the building and our apartments. I like that. I haven't been here long, but I do enjoy being here.

|Recommended: YesUpscale for a price — The accommodations are quite nice, but are a bit on the empty side. The inclusion of a fitness center and having only pay for electricity utilities is a really nice bonus. The amount of parking spaces is a bit lacking. Overall, it worth the price in my opinion, being right across from campus puts you in a great walking distance to classes.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best options near campus — It's a lot like the dorms but nicer and newer. Plus, It only takes an extra two minutes to get to classes from here instead of 5 or 10 like other places.
