No. Varsity Campus Apartments and Collegiate Campus Apartments are separate buildings located approximately one block apart.

• Varsity Campus Apartments (401 N Lake St.): Studio, 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments

• Collegiate Campus Apartments (515 N Lake St.): 3- and 4-bedroom apartments only

Varsity Campus Apartments is committed to resident safety and provides several key security features including:

Varsity Campus Apartments simplifies your monthly billing with an inclusive utility fee that covers water, high-speed internet, and trash/recycling.

This fee is $95 per person, per month. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for gas and electricity.

• Living Room: Couch & Chair, Coffee Table & End Table, and a flat screen TV
• ​Bedroom: A Twin XL bed, a desk and chair, and storage space in the closet
• Kitchen: Cabinet space and appliances (Fridge, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave)
• Misc.: In-Unit Washer and Dryer

The application fee is $25 and is required for each individual applicant, co-applicant, and/or guarantor (parent or guardian who co-signs the lease). ​

• For Routine Requests: Log in to your resident portal account to submit a standard maintenance ticket.
• For Emergencies: In the event of an emergency (e.g., fire, flood, or lockout), residents have access to an emergency line. This line ensures a prompt response for urgent issues.
