|Recommended: YesAfter an unfortunate situation with my previous roommates, the manager was very accommodating towards getting me transferred to a new room. My new room is amazing, personal washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven and stove so i can keep up with my hobby of cooking and baking, and a nice a spacious fridge. The layout of the room is very nice with lots to offer for an affordable price. The manager was also understanding of my emotional support pet for personal needs. I also enjoy the christmas decor in the main lobby as it brings a homey feel and the variety of activities and events going on in the dorm are a good to get people more accustomed to each other as well as creating a fun environment. Overall, very nice living situation and I would recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesIt’s a college building — It’s in the title your neighbors might be loud at times but otherwise everything is excellent and the staff is absolutely wonderful They also really care about maintenance, if something is broken they’ll fix it

|Recommended: NoReview for 2023 Fall Winter — Rent is a little on the upside and it would be nice if it was a little bit lower. Besides that, noise is sometimes an issue from 4th floor, but isn't horrific. Overall, not a bad place, convenient, and comfortable.

|Recommended: YesWonderful place — Very friendly place to live I had not known anyone when I moved down to Wausau and 3 days after moving I already had a group of friends including the CAs everyone is just super welcoming and friendly The landlord is also very awesome. Super understanding and flexible with a lot Would 10 10 recommend living here

|Recommended: YesReview — 4.3 stars all the way around. Everyone is friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone of any age going to school. The fourth floor where I am at is super noisy, because fourth floor is the party floor. It can be real noisy up there on the weekends.
