|Recommended: YesTimberwolf suites — Sometimes it can get a little loud just because it is a dorm style with students but usually during reasonable times. The apartments are very well kept, maintenance came in and fixed everything that I shared on the move in checklist. Also, the property manager was flexible with my lease because I am not staying here for the full 12 months. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

|Recommended: YesNot bad but not great — Not the best dorm but not the worst. Residents often throw frisbees, play baseball and race down the hall at 11pm-1am. Maintenance came quick to some issues but we were not notified prior and they simply showed up unannounced. As a room of all females that is very concerning for us. Communication is slow and RA on calls are non responsive. Over all not a bad place to stay but kinks need to be ironed out

|Recommended: YesLots of space — this room is fantastic there is a lot of room I ended up buying some furniture just to make the space feel more complete. this 2 person room that I bought out is about 1.5 times the size of the dorm rooms at UW Stout and that's before you include the common space
the only problem I've had is the walls are pretty thin I can hear the squeaky bed of my neighbor at night it's unfortunate but not really that big of a deal unless you have a fantastic sleep schedule like me
