|Recommended: YesThe property is clean, well staffed, and has potential for many years of housing college students. — I would say that it's pretty nice to have your own kitchen, bathroom, and shower compared to other halls at other colleges. I have met many great friends at my time at the suites and it is a good place to live. Everything is included bed, fridge, shower curtain, microwave which you wouldn't get at other dorms at other colleges. I like our little community here.

|Recommended: NoVery loud, inadequate parking — Don't plan on going to bed early. Even though there is a 10pm quiet time, it is definately not enforced. There is usually people running the halls and being super loud until midnight or later. Also make sure your back to the apartments early or else you won't have a parking spot and will end up having to walk.
response from property -I am sorry you experience this. We have been trying to enforce this better, but we are not always aware it is happening. Please call our emergency line which can be found on the office door if you are hearing loudness.

|Recommended: NoVery unhappy with the parking — Parking is very limited, upstairs neighbors are loud and had a lot of problems when first moved in. Getting to school is very convenient because it's a short walk, but compared to other apartments over here the dorms are over priced.

|Recommended: YesThe property is nice. — I can clearly hear my neighbors all of the time. They play music very loud to the point where I can hear it word for word. They are also always banging on the wall.

|Recommended: NoEh, Get an actual apartment. — It's nice to have things there for you, but there have been issues from the day I moved in. It is not worth 500 dollars that is for sure.
